WHY HAVE WE LOST OUR WAY?

What is ”The Strange Him!!”? The Strange Him!! is a MAN who has conviction, courage, and strength. A “MAN” in today’s society is totally different than a “man”. A MAN is one who protects, provides, and leads. These MEN are truly strange to most people, and this newsletter is an observance and celebration of that MAN. How often do you find yourself disgruntled, annoyed, upset, mad, or feeling any of the many synonyms that describe your dissenting feelings about the world we live in—especially Western society? Men identifying as women. Men agreeing that men should be able to identify as a woman. Somehow, there are also women who agree with this lunacy. Kids are confused about their biological identities, while grown adults sympathize with them. People are being killed for the simple accidental act of cutting someone off in traffic. Our government lies to us more every day. We cant even have a civil discussion with each other regarding said government. Heck, we cant even punish our kids the way kids used to be punished without fear of being accused of abuse. There’s ALWAYS something ludicrous happening…but why? I hate to point the finger of criticism, but it’s your fault. Yes, you read that correctly. Your fault, mine, and every other man you know’s fault. Men have taken a back seat at home, at work, in the military, in government, at church, and in every other aspect of society and we have let the man’s role of leader be squashed.

Men were made to be leaders. You may not be a Xerxes, king (and self appointed god) of one of the largest empires ever known or a Sam Walton, founder CEO of one of the most well known companies in the world, Wal Mart. You might think of yourself as nothing but a mere man. You may be just a “mere” man, but remember this. God used “mere” men for huge things to glorify His kingdom, BUT you have to have faith you were created as an image bearer of God and your life has substantial purpose.

One thing men need to do is stand up! Stand up in faith and believe that you were created to do more than just follow or be suppressed. God used a man to lead the whole nation of Israel out of Egypt. God used men to spread the gospel of salvation. God never appointed woman kings to rule nations…it was always a man. Look to God for guidance. Be open to His plan for you. Stand up and become the man God wants you to be. Look to Him and be open to his plan for your life. The Lord will help you be the man your wife wants, the man your kids need, the man your community is longing for. Seek the Lord, and He will be your strength and your guide…all you have to do is believe!
